Department of Physical Education

            The Department of Physical Education is functioning under the Physical Director in-charge of Dr. K.Pongiannan Assistant Professor in Commerce. This Department is showing keen interest in motivating both Boys and Girls students to involve sports activities such as Kabadi, Kho-Kho, Tennis, Volley ball, Athletics etc. All the sports students are also encouraged to participate in the annual inter-collegiate Tournament conducted by Bharathiar University every year. The whole student of our college is divided into four houses such as Orange, Yellow, Blue and Green Houses with Captain and Vice Captain for each houses.
            The sports players from these four houses are compete each other for various  sports and games such as Kabadi, Kho-Kho, Valley ball, Tennis, Athletics, etc., The winners and Runners of various sports competitions among these houses are honored with prizes and certificates during the sports day celebrations of our college every year.
            To perform sports and games related activities the following sports committee has been formed.
